📅 Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only.
Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed.
Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.

🏠 Service Location Requirements
We are a fully mobile service and come to your location.
Some services may require access to your water or electrical supply. Please notify us in advance if these are unavailable.
Your vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal location with sufficient space to work.

📍 Traveling Fee
A traveling fee applies starting at 15 miles outside our base service area (Lakewood/Pierce County).
Fees start at $15 and increase based on distance.
Exact travel fees will be confirmed during booking.

🚘 Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Pricing is based on vehicles in standard condition.
Heavily soiled vehicles with pet hair, stains, mold, biohazards, or oxidation may require extra labor and incur additional charges.
Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before service begins.

💵 Pricing & Payments
Pricing starts at $250 for full interior and exterior detailing.
Note: We do not perform separate buffing or waxing, as our handwash already contains wax to protect and shine your vehicle.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due immediately after the service.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Cash App.

📸 Photo Documentation
We take before and after photos of every vehicle for transparency, documentation, and quality control.
These photos may be used to verify service quality or resolve any disputes.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

🧼 Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer a free re-detail or partial refund.

🛑 Liability Disclaimer
We are a fully insured business.
However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or any electrical/mechanical issues unrelated to our detailing work.

🔁 Refund Policy

🔄 Refund Eligibility
Refunds or service redos are offered only if:

• The service was not performed as agreed,

• There is clear evidence of poor workmanship or negligence, and

• You contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be given for:

• Change of mind after service completion,

• Failure to disclose extreme vehicle condition,

• Inability to provide water or power after agreeing to supply it,

• Dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours from service completion.

🧾 Refund Request Process
To request a refund or redo:
Email carspanshine@gmail.com within 24 hours, including your full name, service date, vehicle information, and photos (if applicable).
We will respond within 48 hours, referencing before/after photos and documentation as needed.
